5. Warranty

5.1 We offer a ONE-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the sofa frame.

5.2 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, or alterations made to the sofa.

5.3 To claim under warranty, you must provide proof of purchase.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order and return the sofa within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 The sofa must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging. 6.3 The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
6.4 Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the returned sofa.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of a sofa is limited to the purchase price of the sofa.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
