By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information

2.1 We make every effort to ensure that product information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to availability.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept Cash on delivery, Cards and E-Wallets.

3.3 Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery charges will be applied to all orders.

4.2 Delivery times are estimated and may vary. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods for any damage. Any damage should be reported to us immediately.

5. Warranty

5.1 We offer a ONE-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the sofa frame.

5.2 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, or alterations made to the sofa.

5.3 To claim under warranty, you must provide proof of purchase.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order and return the sofa within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 The sofa must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging. 6.3 The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
6.4 Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the returned sofa.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of a sofa is limited to the purchase price of the sofa.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
