At Gawly, we want you to receive your furniture in perfect condition and exactly as expected. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and smooth return and refund process.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in its original condition with no signs of use or damage.
- Includes all accessories and components.
- Returned in the original packaging, if possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Orders (custom-made kitchens, special sizes, personalized colors).
- Items that have been installed or assembled at the customer’s location.
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives broken, scratched, missing parts, or has a manufacturing defect, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos or videos. We will replace or repair the item at no extra cost.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
- Store credit can be issued upon request.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted.
- If the return is due to a defect or an error from our side, all shipping costs are covered by Gawly.
