• Solid Core: At the heart of the door is a Massive Pinewood Core, providing the substantial weight and sound-dampening qualities of a premium solid-wood product.

• Stability Layers: We compress two 8mm MDF layers onto the core. This engineering creates a perfectly flat, "dead-level" surface that eliminates the natural movement of wood, preventing cracks or warping.

• Exotic Finish: A hand-selected Natural Walnut Veneer is expertly glued to the surface, showcasing the rich, deep chocolate tones and intricate grain patterns unique to walnut wood.

• Ultra-Durable Protection: Each door is sealed with a high-performance Polyurethane finish, providing a smooth satin sheen that is resistant to scratches, moisture, and daily wear.

Matching Frame & Architrave

The elegance doesn't stop at the door. To ensure a seamless, high-end look:

• Both the Frame and Architraves are constructed from Massive Pinewood.

• Wrapped in matching Walnut Veneer and finished with the same Polyurethane coating for a perfect color and texture match throughout the installation.

4.3 Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods for any damage. Any damage should be reported to us immediately.

5. Warranty

5.1 We offer a ONE-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the sofa frame.

5.2 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accidents, or alterations made to the sofa.

5.3 To claim under warranty, you must provide proof of purchase.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order and return the sofa within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 The sofa must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging. 6.3 The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
6.4 Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the returned sofa.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Our liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of a sofa is limited to the purchase price of the sofa.
7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
